I love mine. No basket, but a removable grate. The best thing about it is that there is a top burner and a bottom burner so no flipping necessary. UPDATE: I am wrong. This is the basket type. The photo confused me a little. And I do own both. This one and the Dual Blaze. Yes, this one (with basket) is not a double burner so you DO have to flip. And as I said I do own both. And I love them both. I am SO sorry for the mixup.

I love mine. No basket just a "grate". But burners both top AND bottom so no flipping necessary.

I own a different model and it's been great so far (6 months) The build quality is noticeably much better than other brands.

FWIW, I have the similar one, but double basket 9qt capacity and no voice control (received it as a gift this holiday). I also have an instapot air-fry add on for my pressure cooker.

I was skeptical at first, but this was so much easier to use than the instapot one. So far, I've made roasted asparagus, wings, baked potatoes and they all turned out great. The drawers have been quite easy to clean (and dishwasher top-rack safe) so it's been a lot more convenient than the mess the instapot version left. I've also reheated fried left overs which stayed crispy. Mine has a dehydration mode that I experimented with on tangerines (that didn't turn out that great, but it was an experiment)

I like the dual basket version I got because I was able to air fry different things at once and (try) to have them finish around the same time.

Had mine for years. Everyone in the family has one and swears by it. Use it 10x daily for everything. Would absolutely buy again.
