I definitely played and enjoyed a couple of these, but mostly because it was JP, not because they were great games.

One thing I don't hear mentioned is the frame rate improvements. If you played the genesis original growing up, you will know the game lagged a lot. This version has some minor quality of life improvements, including framerates.
