It shows OOS for me online when I tried pickup, but the local store actually has a bunch in stock, I was able to grab one in person.

Have had this thing since launch and it's probably my favorite gadget of the last 5 years.

Has made home, vacation, and event videos so much easier. I also have the action 5 pro or whatever it's called. While that's obviously better for action and is waterproof, the pocket 3 has significantly better video quality.
