It's a seasonal item. They bring out the neon green Craftsman stuff for the holidays and clearance it out in January each year. Simple as that.

How do you stay in business Lowes?

Its not just a small item like this but large items too were you see this no online purchase. How many people do you think see this when they go to order and dont bother buying this item and just move on never going to the store either. Wouldnt it be better to let people buy it on line with store pickup only ...you sell this item and get the crowd to the store too
