TY, it worked!

I got a reminder email from the vendor along w/a SAVE5 code.
I checked some other vendors on the NY DMV list and found a cheaper one.
I chatted w/this vendor, but they couldn't/wouldn't do better that SAVE5

I had clicked their email link, so there was no place to try SAVE10-- I was stuck w/SAVE5. I tried w/a different browser w/no luck.

So I went to a different computer and found the same starting price and a box for a code. SAVE10 worked!
