DJI Air 3s flymore combo that comes with bag, 2 extra batteries , charging hub, 3ND filters with N3 controller (version with RC2 is on backorder) I received mine the next day. This is not discounted hower comes with nice accessories for free. Pretty nice camera bag, good 258gb sd card, launch pad, night light.

If you can wait a few months these will start popping up as "refurbished" units for 20% off. DJI always does this - sell brand new units as "refurbished" with full warranty to boot

They do not sell new brand new units as "refurbished" There is a ton of discussion on DJI user forums regarding serial numbers of truly new units versus what they ship out to service their "DJI care refresh" (purchasable extended no-fault coverage) or what they later sell at a discount as refurbished.
That said, the consensus of the community is that the refurbs are indistinguishable both in appearance and performance from new units, so while I believe your claim is inaccurate, your shopping advice is not unfounded. Cheers

DJI refurb is like apple refurb, they look almost new with same 1 year warranty. but they are refurbished. not new,

They don't almost look new they 100% look new. I have ordered several refurbished from DJI and other than a different box you would not be able to tell a refurb apart from a "new" one.
