most OLED use panels from Samsung or LG. if its qd, its samsung. if its woled, its LG. they differences would be the OS (eg samsung gets you Tizen smart TV features, HP gets you their PC focused). the other difference would probably be calibrations and QA.

If it has HP enhance+ for image sharpening I'd rank it better than Nvidia's. Console gaming, it'll be night and day. I'd say don't buy it because HP isn't an ethical company, but I love that feature

It's pretty identical to the asus rog pg32ucdm in terms of picture quality and might beat it a bit. I just bought one yesterday open box $780 plus tax vs $1199 plus tax

Idk why 4k panels this size are so damn expensive... sure they have to outlast the average lcd tv panels and be faster input lag but that shouldnt be 4x the price of a 32" 1080p lcd tvscreen.
