No it does not. I just bought it and there is no option for the Japanese version. On Fandango you get both versions but not on Apple. Too bad it is $15 over there.

On menu, go under "Details" followed by "iTunes Extras." You will find the option. I'm watching with Japanese audio and English subtitles right now.

The Apple TV app does not allow access to extras, unfortunately. It's a reason why I bought a set top box Apple TV for my big screen TV.

Only Ghibli movie I actually like besides Porco Rosso. It is free of most Ghibli tropes and has some of the most beautiful animation Ghibli has ever made
