I tried this flavor a couple of years ago. The white layer under the coating is really chalky, almost gritty. It wasn't good. Even for this price I either wouldn't do it.

Protein bars are a total hit or miss. I got one,c hopefully it's not a waste

Ok, but a little hard to get down. I will never get them again, too many other better flavors from this brand. Great price though.

I've tried countless flavors of countless protein bars over the years and must say the 🍋 cake flavor is probably 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst). In fact, one Amazon reviewer goes into extreme detail about his love for that particular flavor. However, you do have to like 🍋 , which is an unusual choice among these bars.
