These things must not be selling that well if they keep trying to discount it like that. I was almost going to buy one until I saw how dim that screen was. They should've put more effort in upgrading it than just a processor update.

Costco.com has the winning combo of sale price plus 90 day return policy (versus the usual 14 day policy at most retailers for Apple products). The $4.99 shipping fee is nominal when you factor in Costco's great 90 day electronics return policy.

These things must not be selling that well if they keep trying to discount it like that. I was almost going to buy one until I saw how dim that screen was. They should've put more effort in upgrading it than just a processor update.

The recent (TG/BF) deal with the same prices at Costco (if I'm not misremembering) sold out relatively quickly both online & in stores.
I'm too lazy to link the old thread but (again, if I'm not misremembering) the memory (ram & base storage) between gen6 & gen7 was listed as the main reason to upgrade.
