I haven't seen one. It's hard to beat a dollar a pound for new weights and 45lb plates have much higher demand than smaller denominations or these unpopular sizes. They have the blue 45s for 86 dollars right now. It's still a decent price but a lot closer that 1/lb

The sales are random, so hopefully soon. There were some deals around the holidays that I missed out on. I have heard people get the bundles then remove individual plates they didn't want which might be a way to get some 45's cheaper.
