I think it has quality issue. My right one suddenly stopped two months ago. I only used 3 months

I have these and have used the same pair daily for over 2 years. I think their sound is good not great, but decent. They stay in my ears even though most earbuds won't. They are comfortable for sensitive ears. The big downside is that they will occasionally lose all their power and then won't recharge. It is easily remedied by "jump starting" with a AA battery. Turning off the Tile feature drastically reduces the need for jump starting. In my opinion, this is a great deal.

I have a pair of these and love them, and I usually hate the dangly ones (with the stem).
I'm getting two more, thanks OP.

edit: I remembered my biggest issue with them - the rubber nub at the top - the part that grips the upper part of your ear - keeps sliding out of it's groove. It doesn't fall off but interferes with getting the lid on the charger.

I did eventually figure out that the best way to re-align it is to wiggle it while in the charger - eventually I think the inner mold of the charger helps get it where it should be.

Still love 'em though (charging case is a bit larger but I'm used to small buds)
