FYI: These are great loungewear for around the house or maybe working out, but the fit showcases your man-bulge a little more than desired. Definitely NSFW.

I have a bunch of clothes of different materials: clothes from heritage brands like Filson for instance, and I appreciate all those fibers and the clothes are amazing. But not all plastic fabrics are created the same. You clearly haven't actually worn a pair of these or you wouldn't be saying what you're saying. Just stick to talking about what you know instead of railing on something you just think it's bad because it's "plastic".

Folks this is reason, these companies are making a killing selling synthetic shit.
Legit question: have you owned/worn a garment from Lulu?

The prices are ridiculous but don't knock the quality. It's a good product. You think you can get away selling garbage product for these prices that easily?

I know where this is going…
No. However, I do very much understand the limitations of different conventional clothing materials.
Any other burning questions?
The point I was trying to make wasn't a secret. I run a lot for example, and Lulu's running shorts are far better for chaffing than Brook's, Nike, Asic's etc. shorts. The point many people try to make is that as garments produced with synthetic material either A) are inferior to other materials or B) they inherently are a rip off unless they're the same price as bargain bin/Costco special garments. This is just plain untrue. You're yet another person who hasn't even worn these clothes and is just on the "plastic bad/clothes are a rip-off/people buy for labels" bandwagon.

It just creates needless controversy based on a false premise. The detail put into the design, manufacture, and materials of these synthetic clothes is way better than something you find at Costo. YOU don't have to VALUE that difference, but pointlessly calling others stupid for valuing that or pretending that there isn't a difference is just wrong.

Another random point: I smell like trash after working out. Lulu's materials have a "anti-stink" materials woven into them. THEY WORK. Like, really well. That means I can get away with working out in the same garments many more times before they're nasty and I have to wash them. That's a nice benefit and it's environmentally friendly compared to another poly garment.

Not everything is and even if it is, there's nothing wrong with it because the weave is different.

if you can't afford it, just say it.

go wear your hanes and gildan brands but don't knock better quality products just because you can't afford it.

With no offense to Lululemon at all, at $49 half price, or $98 normal price, I have a lot of pants very similar to these, so even though I have not bought them yet I am trying to understand what justify's or makes them worth that much money especially if you can't return them for a refund if you just don't like them? My main point is that there not dress pants or designer jeans, so what makes them worth so much for this type of casual pants???

So over the hype of these plastic pants. Wear cotton, linen, wool or hemp.
100% cotton only, for me. Fila still makes them very well. i dont like plastic fleece.

Whats the inseam like on these? I am 33X30. Debating between M or L?
I work at Lulu. Look under the "Why We Made This" section for inseam details. Inseam will be roughly the same on all sizes

Yeah, don't understand how people pay for this. They are $50 sweatpants. That's it, you can find cheaper and better
