Yes they are solid headphones these cx plus version have Anc and Transparent hearing although they aren't industry leading but it is nice to have those in an an affordable set that was $179 msrp.

I really liked these headphones when I had them. One earbud died after a year of heavy use. I tried to get them replaced through the warranty but I accidentally sent them to Germany. Anyways good sounding headphones, decent noise isolation, great battery life, no issues with connection either. Would buy them again just expect to have to send them in at some point.
