If you're not getting at least 4% cash back which puts this at spot, then you're way too clueless. Don't come here crying about the premium. You can get the rand bar for $80 less right now if all you care about is whatever is cheapest.

This is a brand new 2025 Buffalo and the first time it's been available to purchase through Costco.
Buffalos and Eagles always carry a higher premium than random bars.

$80 over the bars is a bit too costly compared to previous costco gold deals. While buffalo IS a great coin most buyers will not offer a premium for them.

Yes they will. Might not be $80 but almost all will.

Order 5 of these and 3 of the bars, would've bought 5 of the bars if i didn't hit my credit limit on my ventureX. Going to sell them to local coin shop which should pay me very close to spot

Gold prices can drop before you receive them from Costco.

Are you hedging that with gold futures/options?

Also, if you sell more than $10k/day to the LCS, they are required to report the sale to the IRS.
