What brands do you recommend that just contain C8/10? Thanks!
I originally purchased MCT oil that only stated it had c8 and c10 but further investigation showed it also had c12. I eventually found Bulletproof Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil and it does not have c12. Per the research (Brain Octane Oil contains only C8 MCT (caprylic acid), not C12 MCT (lauric acid), for rapid conversion into ketone energy). The reason I wanted no c12 is for my scalp issues.
Thanks for the info, but where are you seeing c12? I can't find this info anywhere except from someones review.
Here is what I found: "The product contains 1g of C12 (lauric acid) per serving, along with 7g of C8 (caprylic acid) and 5g of C10 (capric acid). This information comes from the product details on Amazon's website."

But bulletproof is the most bullshit brand there is, so I wouldn't touch it.
