You can bypass the minimum order requirement. A video was posted earlier or here's a text rundown …

1) Sign into your account.
2) Add the items you want to buy.
3) Add ANYTHING else to hit $10.
4) Hit "Proceed to checkout".
5) Copy and paste the address bar link into a new browser tab or window.
6) Delete the item you don't want in one tab,
7) Click over to the other tab and complete checkout.
(The total should update to reflect only the items you want before you finalize it and allow you to place the order even if under $10.)

Picked up 6, 2 of each flavor and used rewards with no problems for in-store pickup. The above trick to check out worked fine. Thanks OP & SlySol, for the trick.

Yes, it does. The order will be cancelled automatically exactly after 3 days from the time of the order. But it takes some time upto a week or more for the credit back.

Now that you mention it, I recall having a few cans in the past that needed a shake to work toward the bottom of it. I had kind of dismissed it as something that just depends on the ratio of product to propellant that can vary between lots, but it could also be the result of a can that was a bit past its prime and had started to go flat. But yeah, a quick shake seemed to get it going and no big deal. The last can I just recently finished never needed shaking at all though … it sat on the counter and a press of the button was all that was ever needed, down to the very last spurt where nothing but air came out.

You don't need to copy and paste the link. Instead, just add items to your cart until your total reaches $10. Then click "Proceed to Checkout." After that, select "Back to Cart" to remove any unwanted items. Finally, click the back button on your web browser and continue to checkout again. This process is much easier.
