Do those discount codes come from the Clearance Chair website, an email list, or is this a direct deal with SD where SD publishes them. I have never seen these codes directly on CC.

What's this chair wrapped in? Vinyl? Synthetic leather? Bonded leather? Top grain? Full grain?

My guess is crappy bonded leather that -might- last a year before it starts to break down. I'd pay an extra $1k just for top/full grain so it's not shedding shredded leather scraps that were glued on with cheap chinese glue.

I bought this chair a little while ago and if not overwhelmed, I can definitely say that I am happy with my purchase. Feel is good and massage is comforting. Most built-in programs are gentle and if you choose vigorous massage then this is not the best chair for that. Heat doesn't work very well but can live with it. My expectation with Osaki chair would be to last better than cheaper options (time will say). At this price I believe this is one of the best chairs you can buy.

Oh man, I just purchased and received the Titan and I wished I had bought this instead (missed it the last time it was on sale). This has an automatic leg extender seems to be a necessity for a high end massage chair. Without Auto your legs get pushed up when you are in Zero Gravity and you cant relax your legs.

Anyone know what the delivery experience is like? Do they just dump it at your door? If your living room is on the second floor, would they help you bring it up?

Threshold service, which means first dry spot on or inside your property. Typically thats 1st floor of your main entrance. You can try offering them cash to do you a favor. Or hire someone from lugga or equivalent service. Its over 200lb+

I bought this chair during the last deal. My wife/I enjoy it. Seems like a good value at $999. I wouldn't mind a better controller with fewer buttons and more programs - mainly because there are so many buttons, so tiny, and difficult to even read. I still have non-working leg airbags. The technician has been here twice, and I just received yet more new parts today.

Yeah, I ordered an Osaka Olt-cs2 from them when it was on sale for $400.

The customer service was excellent. Theyre QC was not great but 100% made up for it with customer service.

The first chair they shipped me was actually missing the entire back massage unit.

I used the chat feature on their webaite and was surprised that they responded very quickly.

They were a little confused / shocked that the chair was missing it's internals, but I sent photos to clarify what was missing and they quickly (as quick as freight shipping is) sent me another chair and just had me keep the first one, so now I have 2 matching and just filled the internal gap of the first one with a pillow.

Customer service was very quick to respond back and forth via email/chat. 100% satisfied.

Their policy is usually not to go up stairs. Especially if there is an available spot somewhere downstairs. It really depends on the people who deliver it. I'm in a wheelchair and they asked me exactly where I wanted it and did everything aside from plugging it in for me, though it was literally only 20 ft from my doorway. Offer them some cash and they usually will.

Osaka no longer uses Chinese glue on their bonded leather, switch to a cheaper El Salvadoran glue. Hope this helps. You're welcome.
