You're in the very small percentage of people who get migraines from multivitamins it would seem, does this happen with other brands as well? If not check to see if Centrum contains more than one thing than the other, that could be causing your migraines.

Calcium Carbonate is quite literally the major source of calcium in supplements and naturally exists in the environment so I have no idea what you're complaining about
