monkey math marketing. many of the "clearance" items DO NOT end up with extra 50% off at checkout. very sneaky stuff. i'm out.

Final Sale No Returns or Exchanges on some of the shorts and so on...

That's a tough one. Good sale, though. Thx

I dont know about many, but does depend. I have two clearance items in my cart. One is extra 20 and one is extra 50% at checkout.

As a consumer I'm not willing to accept "Final sale no returns" for online purchases.

Sometimes the garments are flawed or defective, the fit varies from item to item, even multiples of the same item have variation depending on how high up they are in the stack when the cloth gets cut as a pile, etc.

I've read many articles about how the retail industry is trying to reduce returns, take away free return labels, etc. and this is probably part of that.

Even with the sales they are still pretty expensive for the quality. I always watch for better BR pricing at Costco

It actually isn't 50% off to start with
Besides that now we know why these stores are closing and going out of business .
Which era and lala land they are living for charging for shipping and not giving free store pickup. Minimum $50 for shipping.
Go away BR

I could be wrong but I thought I read on another thread that Banana Republic Factory is not the same as regular Banana Republic and is significantly lower quality. Can anyone confirm?

I've mainly order jackets from BR factory and the attached labels only show BR name no mention of factory

That has been my experience. Burned once ordering no return BR Factory junk, never again

Not the same composition- example 100% wool versus poly blend. Items are a little shorter, less material… for example comparing t shirt length.

Those *** on label denote factory.

generally the people here dont know what quality is - and its so subjective based on style. i shop at vanilla banana republic and factory as well and have no issue.

generally i get clothes from ralph and guess --- factory is fine . actually i love it for the basics. its perfect for the 30-40 crowd who dont want to look like urban thugs

welcome to the internet - they already gave you a deal with a massive coupon now you want them to pay for reshipping?
