It's still the compass. It shows green where the direction of the trail is going. It's ok, but I also preferred the old way with the map on my watch.

Anyone trying to do that, you should do this on a pc or in a browser at their website. The app won't show this discount even if you connect to a vpn first and launch the app after. After doing this on web, logout and log back in to the app to see it turn pro.

I'm an American in China so I thought I would connect directly to my China Mobile ISP on the desktop computer without using the VPN and see what pricing came up. It came up 203y a year in Chinese currency which is about $27.89 US so that is definitively no deal. I'll fire up my VPN and see what happens with some of the countries mentioned. Thanks.

Does the app support basic GPS mapping without predesignated trails?

I lost access to MotionX GPS due to no longer using backups to restore onto my new iPhone, and have been looking for something I can use for basic GPS tracking to build a KML file with.
