The only used 3060s on ebay right now barely under $200 are listed as "for parts" with broken GPUs.

The risk these days is how used gpu are from crypto mining or whatnot. Practically to its retirement. I don't buy used anymore for that reason. Crypto mining and its process burns gpu out at their max. And also a pointlessness to the process as to be ecologically wasteful, only to generate wealth that has no intrinsic value.

Fixed it. Been shopping and selling on eBay for 17+ yrs. Often times cheaper and less troublesome than Amazon /Walmart.

It's a good deal if you are building your PC from scratch, but you should pass if you have anything above 3060.
