Got email there is a delay and they put the delivery date at Feb. 3. Problem is I will be more then a thousand miles from home for the month of February. Live alone and no close relatives in the area of my home. Neighbors are nice, but I'd rather not trust them with receiving my shipment worth thousands of dollars.
So I ask for a change of delivery address. Customer "Service" says no go.
The email said if the new delivery date is no good for me click on the given link to cancel. So instead going back to the email I said to CS I want to cancel. No go she says.
I went back to the email and initiated a cancel. Waiting for confirmation.

Anyway, I thought Costco customer service was supposed to be good. But this experience was dismal. She was hard to understand. Kept putting me on hold while going away for information. She was confusing the order with another one. Spouted generalities. At the end she gave me what sounded like a 4-5 sentence summary, I could not understand what she said. I asked that this summary be sent to me in email. She asked for my email address. (Costco already has that). I spelled it for her twice.
This was several hours ago. No email yet.

And a question. While the customer service webpage of Costco gives the hours and days for chat, I could not find anything to click on to chat. If you can find one, would you click on it and then send me the link, or post it here?
