If you want a step up from HF, the Husky 1/2" has been on sale for $60 for a while:

A good deal, but arguably not something you need to jump on urgently - historically it goes on sale at that price for a while once or twice a year.
If you don't mind a little more risk and or possible need for self-calibration, you can get a very high quality (Proto, Williams, Wright, etc) 1/2 torque wrench on eBay for roughly $60 shipped. If you're picky and patient, you can find a lightly used one at $60
