Deal History
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
This is the same price it was available during Christmas.
I replaced a 2nd or 3rd gen IP Duo that was starting to turn itself on. Maybe it's just me, but I liked the old one better. The IP Duo pot (at the time) came with measurement markers and I feel like it sauteed hotter. While it was just adequate for browning, I've started doing that job on the stove, creating an extra dish to wash.

I got the 3 quart on a previous deal because it was the right size for me and only uses 500w. Almost all the recipes online are for a 6 quart like the one in this deal. The 3 quart is also difficult to saute in. If doing it over, I would have bought a 6 quart like this one.

I also have the 3qt one.
I bought it mainly bc I'm usually only cooking for two people but you are def right that all of the recipes out there are for the 6qt one.
I also do meal prepping so I'm thinking that I should get a bigger one.

The deal is long expired. It was a black Friday deal. It was from Amazon for $50 if you want to use it as a reference point, but the price has gone back up.

Yeah, you can size down but not up. The 3qt is fine to supplement but would not be my sole IP. Space would have to be really tight to justify the 3qt.

It's harder to find deals on the 3qt because I think there's overall just less demand for them.
I got mine on a Black Friday deal about 3 years ago.
I think I paid around $50 for it on Amazon.
The 3qts are mainly only wanted by single people or people who mostly just use it as a rice cooker.

Are you referring to some other product?
I hope so as your comment doesn't apply here.
