I bought two from my local Lowes on the $199 deal and opted to assemble myself. Very difficult to haul once assembled. Heavy enough in the box.

I'm the opposite. I have no means to transport these on my own (short of renting a pickup or full U-Haul), but I'd much rather assemble these myself than let the store do it so I can be sure it's assembled to be square and with locktite on the bolts. I can slide them around well enough on the ground with a dolly once delivered, but transport is the problem I would prefer to eliminate with these.

I'm not arguing or disagreeing with you, just sharing my opposite preference. Glad you found a way to make the deal work out for you! It's great that we have options! :-)

It might be YMMV but includes free shipping and professional assembly!

FYI - due to it being "ready to assemble", it comes in a much smaller and manageable box for those that want to pick up.

Unpacking and assembly video.

Have an order that I pushed out to March. Will see if the price drops between now and then. Garage isn't ready anyway.

Does anyone know if these go on sale often? What's the real normal price? 499?

These are big cabinets for sure. They weren't to hard to put together. The second one went together a lot quicker than the first, just due to knowing what to do. My garage floor is slightly sloped towards the door, so I found it hard to align the doors. The cabinet itself is level, but the doors are lightly off, no mater how I try to align the screws.

I grabbed two from a local store when they were on sale back in November. I was barely able to fit two boxes in the bed of my truck. I have a Sierra 2500HD with the standard bed. They took up almost the entire length and just barely fit between the wheel wells.
I'm assuming when you say that you were barely able to fit two in the bed of your truck, they were already assembled?

Thanks for the tip, I also placed an order for early March. Apparently you can select from a 60 day delivery window.
We're actually moving houses shortly and if the other comments are to be believed, this thing is going to be too bulky/heavy to want to deal with twice.

Can always move it forward, too.

Are these ok to put outdoors? Or are they meant for garage use?
