OP, thank you for posting. I bought the Arc on Dec 28th for $700, so submitted a price adjustment request for $50. This post gave me $50 back that I wasn't expecting Smilie

Good deal. This was pre pandemic regular price.
When everything was good. Then they decided to raise the price by almost $300 and screw up the app.

Glad that their CEO was finally fired couple of weeks ago.

Has anyone claimed this $79 wall mount voucher? I see that sonos has that the arc mount as out of stock for quite some time. Given that arc has been discontinued, I have zero expectations they would bring more arc mounts into stock. So... is this voucher unusable?

This arc mount also works for the Arc Ultra which is the replacement for the original Arc that is being discontinued. I'm sure it will be re stocked again. I got mine about 3 weeks ago as part of the Costco deal.
