don't think so since its equal to 4070. you can find some deals recently on 4070 desktop around or below 1000 $.

Where do I look? Don't know anything about pcs so I don't know whats good or what isn't. It's only for gaming budget between 800-1300

Right now, it's a bad time to buy a gaming PC, in my opinion. The new RTX 5000 series hasn't shown much improvement in performance and is hard to find. If your budget is under $1,300, try searching for a 4070 Ti or 4070 Super. AMD is also releasing a new series of cards, so you could wait to see how they perform. Not sure if they'll be disappointing, but if you have patience, you can try to get your hands on 5070 ti. That might fall into your budget, but it is hard to get any in stock yet.
