Was just about to post this. Great Price and 2 year warranty. Many people prefer these over the xm5's . My pair has been working amazing the past 4 years. Worth the money.

for me, comfort. I have tried both and the XM5 has a much thinner headband with less cushioning and it hurt the crown of my head where the band would put downward pressure, and it also hurt my ears. I had a much older sony BT headphone that I could genuinely wear all day - 10 hours or more if I wanted. My head hurt too much after only one to two hours with the XM5. the XM4 has a wider headband and fits on my ears better and while still not perfect, I can wear them for 3-4 hours without oppressive fatigue. the XM5 might have better tech or sound but if i can't wear them for very long, it's a pointless upgrade for me.

Either one will be find. But Pandora doesn't support Ldac. Apple music and tidal will give you better sound quality than Pandora

Great deal. I've owned the xm5s since they came out to replace some Bose qc35 ii cans. They are fantastic at noise cancelling. Sounds is always subjective to the listener, but sound great in comparison of the Bose although the Bose are more comfortable

Latest Bose QC headphones have changed the sound profile completely, I didnt like the "Bose" signature sound until this., now Im a fan.

I've owned both. While reviews online are mixed with sound quality between the XM4 & 5, I find the 5 sounded much better than the 4, EQ or not. NC was certainly better on the 5 as well- there were no noticeable hiss when silent, while the XM 2 and 4 I own both generate the slight hiss. All in all, NC, comfort and functionality are both great. However, if audio quality if your top priority, go with the 5.
