It is a steampunk end of the world scenario where you are trying to keep your society alive in the face of ever decreasing temperatures and unforseen circumstances.
It's about 15-20 hr plahthrough, with a minimum of two playthroughs because you can go one of two branching political paths - either religious zealotry or extreme law and order.
