A really fantastic collection of speculative fiction, I can't recommend this one enough. The story on which Arrival was based is good, but the others in this collection are also excellent.

For those who do not know.. the movie Arrival from 2016 was based on this.

Agree with the other posters above. A fantastic, imaginative collection of short stories-including the story Arrival was based upon. Definitely worth the price.

Ted Chiang's other short story collection Exhalation is one of my favorites (especially The Truth of Fact, the Truth of Feeling). Really enjoyed this collection as well, highly recommended.
