I have the 15' foot version and that thing paid for itself in just a couple rounds. I just search for balls while my buds are hunting theirs and you will start accumulating balls.

For myself I would get the 15' everytime because you can reach further into the woods and water but I see it's $50 which is a lot more than $16 for the 6'. The 6' length seems pointless because you can just use a club and reach almost the same distance. For Fathers day gifts though I guess it would be reasonable for the 6'. If you're buying it for others then you won't be seeing the ROI of accumulating more balls that are only reachable with the 15'.

We had wild winds on the course today and thank goodness this got delivered the night before.
Saved our whole group a ton of balls and we were able to fish out full sets that everyone else was losing in the water from the unexpected winds.

Ya it pays for itself in a round or two. I actually started accumulating so many golf balls I had to unload my bag a few times and start storing balls in my house. I'm such a cheap skate I still gather balls and give them to my buds so it saves the whole group $.
