Since it's a BOGO type deal, it's not horrible.

But, the Samsung 6900 series is pretty bottom of the barrel when it comes to today's offerings. Probably a good deal for someone who is moving into a new home and needs a couple of spare tvs to fill out the rooms.

Not sure why this isn't getting more attention. Seems like a solid deal! I know it's not OLED or QLED, but it's a great price for two entry level TVs.

There's not a TV out there where you wouldn't need a soundbar, especially a budget TV. And the complaints about the OS I'll also never understand. A Roku stick is less than $20 and about as much of a requirement for any TV as much as a soundbar

I'd recommend waiting for the du7200. We bought this over the holidays and ended up returning it. The picture is just so so, but the sound on it is god awful. Gonna want a soundbar. Tizen os on this was slow and lagged a lot and there was virtually no storage. We deleted unwanted apps and added like 4 apps back, it had less than 2gbs on it. Cant speak for the little tv that comes with it as we never opened it and returned it when we returned the tv. Friend bought the du7200 and said he has none of these problems with his.

My 4 yo just threw an object at our our 75" LG, looking for a cost effective replacement. I ordered the DU6900 for $550 from Best Buy, 4.7 rated. What is the main difference between a DU6900-6950-7200-8000 range TV? Have a soundbar and perfect picture not needed, but good would be nice. Fast interface and good remote ideally or I will add a amazon fire.
