Maybe because it's not as breathable as cotton or linen or possibly because polyester is basically plastic and some folks are trying to avoid microplastics.

I like them.
They don't stretch out like 100% cotton boxer briefs, no seam on the butt cheeks, and they do breathe well. They also accentuate certain areas. πŸ‘

This is a good price for these too.

My favorites for working out. Have the regular length, but ordered the longer option this time.

Cotton is much more comfortable for me. I like how it absorbs moisture. I understand some people like it with plastic and leaving you wet.

Underwear is the last article of clothing to worry about microplastics IMHO. It stays on the inside and isn't being sandpapered every time you slide into a chair.

Don't know. I simply can't wear boxer briefs. Have tried many materials and brands and my boys sweat like crazy. No idea what the deal is.

Regular tighty whities, no sweat problem. Odd issue to have.

Good luck avoiding microplastics. It's pretty much pointless at this point.

edit- I recalled the brand. Balmain. Now I know taste is relative, but those sneakers are ugly as hell, the likes of those Balenciaga Bouncers. Ridiculous stuff...if I saw someone wearing them in person I'd probably push them off the pier.

Same here - I like these and will pick up another 3pack. 100% cotton sucks IMO

Ohh, I didn't know that it needed friction for the microplastics to get absorbed into your body. But wait, does that mean every time I get a pants-boner I'm absorbing microplastics into my noodle?

What areas do they accentuate?

It's closest to your body though.
