Neither matter if you on a 1gbs switch. I dont even know any 5gbs switches that are made by the big brands, its 2.5gbs or 10gbs rj45
whodiini
been using the ugreen with the updated "B" chipeset version. Works flawlessly. One note is that on macs, it works without any drivers, but will not reach 2.5Gbps unless you load the drivers. From personal experience I recommend the ugreen, but to be fair, i havent tried the sabrent. I went with the ugreen because of the updated chipset version.

Yes, that is correct. On Windows, once connected it shows as a Ethernet port without any additional setup.
