Yeah but also it's snappy AF. Just switched from Windows as a life long user, this laptop is incredible. To me, Apple has created the device that was envisioned to be a full desktop replacement perfectly. It doesn't even get warm for my use cases, it's completely inaudible. Battery doesn't mysteriously die, the trackpad precision and gesture support is near perfect. And their old butterfly keyboard is pretty great too. I hit 110wpm on it, higher than my mechanical keyboard..i can keep going, I'm a total convert

there's a reason they charge so much generally... it's because they can. the m1 just did TOO well, people aren't upgrading as frequently which is why they're not selling as well

M4 Pro 12-core has the best power (processing) efficiency in the M4 lineup, especially true at a discounted price. Last time we saw $1699 was Nov. 2024.
