Yes. Since it's Android. What you do is create a minor (<13 yrs old) Google account. Then add that account to your Google Family. Then login to that account when setting up this phone. From there you can manage screentime length and schedules, plus block or allow different apps. As long as you stick with Google Chrome as the only browser on the phone you can set what websites are allowed and the maturity level of search results. Some other Google apps also allow you to set maturity level allowed.

It takes some configuring, but I've had good experiences with using Google Family to manage my kids devices.
I've done the following several times without issue. Usually the chat portion is completed within 30 minutes. You won't have to do much more than provide validation that you're in possession of both phones (they'll send a text to each phone at points during the chat) and keep the conversation open (basically respond after each time they chat to you even if it's just "ok" to their "please continue to hold").

1. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your permanent phone.
2. Activate your "donor" phone on the same account.
3. Go to the web to find the current minutes, messages, data, and days remaining on your new, donor phone.
4. Go to support.tracfone.com and scroll down to and click "Chat with Support".
5. Populate the message template below with details of your donor phone and permanent phone and share with the CSR.

Hello, I'd like to move the data, minutes, text, and remaining days FROM my line TO my line .

currently has ### minutes, ### messages, #.# GB data, ### days left which I'd like added to my line which currently has ### minutes, #### messages, #.# GB data, ## days left.

My account email address is:

The end result should be minutes, messages, GB data, days left.
Walmart appears to be for 1 phone with plan. This deal is for 2 phones with plans at $54.98 for existing customers, $39.98 for new customers.

What the hell... I ordered the BYOD sim card for $1 and it only contains the T-Mobile sim card... Why doesn't it include the Verizon one as well? I read that they don't even support T-Mobile anymore... they shipped worthless sims to me?!

Also, how would I transfer my tracfone service from this deal (I was able to combine for 2 years service) to the BYOD card/unlocked phone? People keep commenting to follow the DIY guide, but that guide is irrelevant in this case because it asks for IMEI - not SIM CARD number...

Isn't the proper way to select "Keep your own phone" option?

I also got a bunch of T-Mobile SIM from them and CS refuses to refund or send replacements. Filed a BBB complaint and corporate escalations is sending me the Verizon SIM. But I was able to activate the T-Mobile SIM as BYOD after activating these bundles. It transfers the line from Verizon to T-Mobile network. Just activate these as BYOD, keep your number and input the SIM card number.

Thanks for the useful info! Repped. And so quick... you're better than Tracfone customer service... omg, they're terrible. I'm glad my main phone service is US Mobile.

I also ordered multiple BYOD sim cards and they were all single T-Mobile cards... that's so shady of them! That's pathetic you had to go through corporate to get it...

I will try the BYOD keep your number/sim card method... but I was hoping to be on Verizon instead of T-Mobile...

Edit: CS confirmed Tracfone no longer supports T-mobile sim cards as Verizon acquired them... he said only services that have been connected with a T-Mobile sim card before Verizon acquired the service will work.

I thought Verizon acquired them already? Yet you can still use these T-Mobile sim cards? I'm so confused...

Yeah I thought these were worthless too until I activated one of them this weekend and it worked. So now I have a line on TF T-Mobile network with hopefully better 5g coverage and speeds

omg the tracfone website is so glitchy and annoying. After I enter the IMEI, it just shows the top progress bar on the website, but it just loads a blank page every time... so annoying!

Edit:
The CS told me I need to contact them again tomorrow for a refund or have them ship me the Verizon ones... so bad that they would just ship these outdated T-Mobile ones...

Where did you order the BYOD SIM kit for $1? I saw it is $4.99 on the Tracfone site?

I ordered it directly from the Tracfone website... they raised it to $5 now... shady. I think their ebay store is still $1.

Tracfone $1 KYOP SIM [ebay.com]. TF [tracfone.com], Target [target.com] and Walmart [walmart.com] have raised the price to ~$5.

I posted on 2/8 that eBay still has the $1 BYOD SIM Kit (looks like TF/Verizon), and other places have raised the price to ~$5.

I don't plan to activate it because I just want it to trade-in to Spectrum. What happens if you don't activate the phone with the plan come with it?

If you don't plan on using the phones and service, you could still activate the phones, create accounts, join the Rewards Program, and get eGift cards after 61 days.
