Willoughbys isn't listed on Canon's site as an Authorized Dealer, and under the Product Includes tab of the page you linked it states it is a "Brand New Import Unit". This looks like it is grey market from a shop that isn't an Authorized Dealer, which is fine but no warranty.

saw this reddit post about their experience with this company's bait and switch strat:

tl;dr they wait for you to place your order, then they call you to say you bought an import version and ask for more money to send you US version. Then even after paying more money, they send you the non-US version anwyays.
