And to be fair, it looks like the model number is wrong on the eBay page too.
The first one has linked the page to an entirely different laptop (Lenovo LOQ) and the second (82WS001XMX) to this laptop but with a 16GB model.
The model number mentioned in the eBay listing '82WSX011US' is correct and comes with 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD, the Lenovo official page for that is: https://www.lenovo.com/us/outletu...a9fe3

The CPU is insane. 16 cores, 32 threads, passmark of 54K. Yet it runs reasonably cool! The RTX 4080 is okay, with 12GB RAM and a decent TDP.
That being said, I got mine (using discount codes, etc.) for only $100 more than this refurb. Don't get me wrong: It's a hell of a computer for the price, but it's just a tiny bit overpriced for a refurb.
