I had it on the home page, and once it went to screen saver it showed up as well.

I tried with my Fire Stick 4k Max last night. No banner yet. I've heard it might take a while before you see some of these promos.

I think this is only for people that don't know how to block most Ads on their Fire sticks.. Mine doesn't have banners at all.
