Are you happy with the data you get sleep wise? I've got sleep apnea and would love to be able to track what is going on 02 wise at night.
But since apple eats the battery up daily…

The "garmin connect" app on my phone gives me my deep sleep, light sleep, REM and awake times. I am very happy with the sleep app. It gives me more info than my friends sleep apnea device. The sleep function ties in with the "body battery" monitor(shows your readiness level throughout the day). I find if I go out drinking, my sleep score goes down to 30's and non drinking nights it goes up to 90 to 100(probably mostly having to get up and pee 3 times throughout the night
I also need to track heart rate,sleep pattern etc.,
