Have this monitor and love it - no complaints at all. I'll note it's a tad large for my desk but wall mounted it and it's perfect. The curve isn't bad at all. I paid $1100 for it and no regrets and easily worth $765.
check both options out in person if you can. I have a 32 inch flat and find it too large. my main screen is a 34 inch curved ultrawide old (also Alienware) and that is just about perfect for me
It really does help with things at the edge of the screen. After a few days you don't even notice the curve. Most of the time they don't make the curve steep enough imo. These are 1700R (follows a curve with a radius of 1.7 meters) which is pretty tame. I'd rather have a 900R curve.

I bought this monitor (Alienware AW3225QF) last month, and I really like it. I was previously using the same size monitor, but it was a Dell 1440p IPS monitor, which was a flat screen.
The curve on this Alienware OLED monitor is not much. I find it's fine for almost everything, including gaming, web browsing, whatever. Even for work. The one situation where I found it bothersome was working in spreadsheets. The curve is definitely noticeable there and annoying. I would have preferred a non-curved monitor, but for the price I think it is fine for me. Plus I understand some people actually want the curve, although IMO a 32" 16:9 display is not wide enough to warrant a curve.
The only other thing I would prefer is if the screen was matte. My LG OLED TV is matte. This Alienware screen is glossy. Some people prefer glossy, but I personally prefer matte. But again, a minor gripe I am willing to overlook for the price. Everything else about this monitor is great, and I am very happy with my purchase overall.

I got this monitor couple of months ago for about this price, I thought I would love the curve but it was so hard to read video game text on it. As someone who plays a lot of RPG's, I had to return it, although I loved the more cinematic games. Keeping a close eye on all the non-curved deals now.

I got this around release last year. No regrets. I really like the curve. Hope they come out with larger curved monitors with similar specs like this one (4k 240hz)

Still gotta look at the corners of the display when gaming the bezels doesn't matter

The newer gen 27 inch 4k OLED at CES from Dell was supposed to be coming out at $900 I believe. Might be worth waiting for that if you don't want a 32 inch and want the newer version.
