In trying to research this model, I discovered two relevant articles: firstly, that a related model (the MV7) has been discontinued in favor of the MV7+ as of April 2024: https://service.shure.com/s/artic...gion=en-US
Secondly, that the reason the MV7X is cheaper than those MV7/MV7+ models is because the MV7X is XLR only, and has neither a built-in USB interface (hence why this bundle includes a separately-boxed USB interface) nor built-in digital signal processing nor a touch panel to control that DSP (which you may or may not care about). Details at https://service.shure.com/Service...uage=en_US
In other words:
If you already have an XLR interface and just want this microphone, it'd be cheaper to get just the microphone from some different deal. https://slickdeals.net/f/17858319-shure-mv7x-160 is an example of a past deal from months ago.
If you want built-in DSP and/or built-in USB support, this is not the microphone model you want, but the one you want is likely more expensive.
If you want an XLR-to-USB interface and a starter microphone so you can, for instance, start off podcasting/streaming with this and then add a second person's XLR microphone and/or plug in an instrument to that second XLR input sometime later, this could be a well-fitting starter bundle for you.
