Lol would have been funny if it was this store in WI. But Focuscamera only has 2 store locations, NY/NJ.

Anywho, this monitor has a bunch of issues that apparently they can fix via update but they don't for some reason.

Most of the bad reviews I see are from the the non OLED versions. These two reviews offered insight into the positives of the OLED panel for gaming and were based on an MSRP OF $750. For my son's use case, this will be his primary gaming monitor with his current monitor as his primary for school work.

At $350 it seems like a great deal.

I think they only had one for sale. Look at the stats for the buyer(s). It shows that 100% of the buyers bought 1 monitor.

It's extremely annoying that the resolution isn't mentioned anywhere.

Don't remember, I just remember it was the reason I didn't buy the woot one.

But who knows, maybe you get lucky.. $350 for an oled is pretty nuts.

That's what I was thinking. Will probably wait for the Alienware though.

Seems that it has trouble switching inputs or coming out of standby. (Though that could also be due to the cables used - I've had issues with other monitors. Hard to say without trying it.)

Don't know a ton about this specific model, but if it helps I had the LG model QHD OLED model for a while, I would think they use the same panel but worth double checking - yes brightness wasn't great, but in a moderately light controlled room I thought it was fine. I used the Alienware 34" DWF too and didn't notice a massive brightness difference in a basement with blinds closed during the day. OLED response time is perfect, and QHD 240 is easy to hit with a lot of cards (as opposed to the 4k 240 I upgraded to). Text was bad on the LG, inherent to any of the Samsung panels used. Best used as a dedicated gaming monitor (and it's easy to fit 2 27's on most desks, I had this and an IPS side by side when I used it).

The Cooler Master MiniLED monitors were an absolute disaster in terms of bugs, firmware fixes required, etc. Don't know if this suffers from the same, but MiniLED is inherently very software-dependent (algorithms for lighting array, etc), so it will generally be hit a lot harder by bad firmware/software. If this is still available I would 100% take a chance and try it out.
