Do NOT do managed subscriptions, my advice.
The Microsoft 365 Family 15-Month Subscription allowed me to renew my existing subscription with Microsoft ; it adds to your subscription end date so that you don't have to waste any money if your subscription is not expired yet. It added 15 mos to my existing subscription. The code arrived via US Postal ; but i was expecting it via email ; so it did take a few days to get it. The code did work ; so that was good.

This used to work for GamePass tiers, but no longer. I am curious if MS has killed this capability in Office, too.
12 month Personal code would convert to 9 months Family.
