I have another 2-n-1 with the same CPU and RAM. It's actually pretty powerful with integrated graphics at 1050Ti max-q level only that it consumes about half the power doing similar graphics rendering. So it's pretty good for moderate level of gaming and work.
FYI, 13.3" is a very small tablet to write on with the stylus. I have 11" (16:9), 13.3" (16:9), 14" (16:10), and 16"(16:10) 2-n-1 computers and 15.4" (16:9) and 24" (16:9) drawing tablets. 14" is good for a student taking digital notes or minimal size for a teacher in my opinion. 15.4 or 16 are great for teaching but you have to be committed to carry that size and weight.
