If I need to sleep outside in -40 F, I'm not going deal hunting. And you shouldn't either.

In regards to a customer question, Marmot said: "We appreciate your interest in our products. The -40 temperature rating refers to the comfort temperature. We do not have the survival rate information for that sleeping bag."

That's pretty impressive.

Given the extreme temp rating...I wonder if comfort and survival rating are the same (i.e., if it's 40 below, and you survive, it's comforting)?
