This is not the 8845HS. It's the 8745HS. Regularly found for <$500.

They are almost same Processors, with even same clock speed, iGPU, cache size. And Why don't you share some examples of similar configuration mini PC going regularly below $500? I think you may have confused the barebone models with this one, coming with 32GB Ram + 1TB Gen4 SSD.
