I went with BB for the free install + paying an extra $60 to haul away my broken 98". Trust me, you don't ever want to break one of these. And from personal experience, if you think moving is a possibility in the near future, don't get a TV this size until you've settled in somewhere long term. It WILL break during the move unless you keep the box and if you thought the TV was big….
Anyway, BB is also currently offering 15% in rewards when you sign up for their CC which effectively makes it less than this deal.
And there are some variables in this size AND weight of a TV that weren't a consideration before. I'm sending back this Amazon QM8 because evidently it was too late to buy the $214 warranty for it 5 days BEFORE it was delivered. And I found 2 spots after install. Anyways that mount is already up so I would just need help hanging the new TV if I went without the free install option.
I saw a CPS 4 year warranty with ADH for $349 at Beach. But evidently it doesn't kick in for 30 days. . .so it doesn't cover the single most likely accident event: self install. Unless you wait a month I guess. But would be key if moving later, and probably easier to get a claim from them than if it was just malfunctioning.
Please post your region and est. delivery times as you order! Might help some decide if it's worth waiting a month+ elsewhere. Even if paying for reasonable local install (not Angi handymen) you should be at same price or better. And possibly much sooner
