This stuff doesn't keep the stink at bay for more than about 4 hours. If you can tolerate it, use a pointed knife to carefully pop the ball out, add a teaspoon of baking soda, and then pop the ball back in. You'll easily double the time you can go before having to reapply before your armpits start stinking again.

I also got this because the stick version wasnt available at the time I needed. I was going to say 6 hours, but you're right. This stuff does not work to keep you smelling fine. I havent stank this much since High School, 20 years ago.

The one benefit to this is that it complies with TSA regulations as it's will under the 3 liquid oz threshold. However, due to shrinkflation, lots of liquid deodorants now meet that designation.

Seriously, try the baking soda if you don't have any baking soda sensitivity. I just added some to my last remaining bottle. After this, though, I'll probably just go back to making my own.

I'm going to pile onto the commentary that this is deodorant that doesn't effectively deodorize. Threw them away and I'm not typically super stinky.

damn, unfortunate reviews. I like this stuff in the spray version for certain applications. But it is expensive and Amazon is usually full of counterfeits.

This works well for me, I don't sweat like a lunatic or stink and it's winter…wouldn't use it in the summer or when it's hot in your part of the country.

No aluminum, but enough "Benz" to slowly kill a small herd of elephants

This stuff is weak. I personally tried this . It works only for a few hours, then you'll start to sweat.

Adding to the chorus- this doesn't work well at all, especially compared to the Dove Aluminum Free sticks.

This made me smell actively WORSE. Stay away.

It's not inherently a problem with aluminum-free deodorant - I find the Old Spice Aluminum-Free (especially Fiji) works very, very well. But this Dove stuff sucks.
